The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution, it is alleged that informant's daughter committed suicide by hanging on account of frequent quarrel for the issue of cooking food.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing

Learned counsel has further submitted that in the F.I.R there is no demand of dowry. The petitioner is also accused in one criminal case which is lodged by the informant against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2021. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he neither tortured the deceased nor demanded dowry. The petitioner informed his mother-in-law about her quarrelling. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I Patna, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 483 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
