ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. A show cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. No.4 in which it is stated that the order under contempt has been fully complied with and the case of the petitioner has been disposed of by means of a reasoned order. What the authorities have failed to notice in the said reasoned order is the earlier order of the Division Bench, which could well have benefited the petitioner, but since there is non-consideration of the same

Patna High Court MJC No.586 of 2016 (9) dt.07-12-2017 2/2 in the said order, it would be open to the petitioner to have the same considered before any other appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observations, the contempt application stands disposed of.
