The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The complainant alleged that the marriage of her daughter was settled with Binod Kumar. Engagement ceremony was also performed but before solemnization of marriage, the petitioners began to demand Hero Honda motorcycle and the negotiation was broken. It is submitted that the complainant never came to the house of the petitioners nor was the marriage ever settled with her daughter. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in Complaint Case No. 354/2013, corresponding to Tr.
