JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2021 Heard Mr. Vikramaditya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Navin Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with S Kamal PS Case No. 284 of 2014 dated 18.10.2014, instituted under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that similarly situated co-accused Dharmendra Kumar @ Rajnish Kumar has been granted regular bail and thus, he may be permitted to withdraw the application to appear before the Court below and pray for bail.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18366 of 2020(4) dt.05-04-2021 2/2 disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

5. If the petitioner appears before the Court below and prays for bail within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on its own merits, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the present order.
