2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Musarighrari P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case the petitioner is said to have defalcated an amount of Rs. 2,79,430/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged defalcation amount of Rs. 91,000/- has been deposited with the Finance Company but no documentary evidence has been produced by learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2025.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur/concerned Court in connection with Musarighrari P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022.
