====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 242 of 2017 (G.R. No. 3515/2017) registered for the offence punishable under sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity. As a matter of fact, the son of the deceased was an electric mechanic and in course of work on the electric pole he met with an accident resulting to his death. Petitioner had no role in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50161 of 2018(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 242 of 2017 (G.R. No. 3515 of 2017).
