Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2018. Allegation is that a pistol and live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. The FIR relates to an occurrence of robbery committed by three unknown persons. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of one year of custody if the trial is not concluded in the meantime, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18576 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Wazirganj Police Station Case No. 330 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
