The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the informant has sustained swelling injury on the back of his head caused by brick blow.

Considering the nature of allegations that both the sides have prejudice towards each other and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner Mukesh Raut, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30814 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 P2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 107/15 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
