JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 20.7.2017, seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur PS Case No. 38 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that due to land dispute the petitioner shot at the informant and thereafter cut away the crops. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the petitioner and the informant and so the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

It appears that this is a case of the year 2013, the petitioner approached twice before this Court seeking anticipatory bail which was repeatedly rejected and he was apprehended by the police on 20.7.2017, moreover there is specific allegation against him of shooting causing fire arm injury to the informant. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of one year. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J.) U T
