JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). To quash the order issued vide memo no. 487 dated 29.12.2023 by learned District Magistrate cum licensing Authority, Vaishali at Hajipur whereby and whereunder sanction order of the Arms License of Pistol/Revolver of the petitioner has been rejected.

(B). To issue further appropriate order /orders direction/directions issuing a writ in nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents District Magistrate cum licensing Authority Vaishali at Hajipur to take further grant sanction on the application filed by the petitioner

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order, contained in memo dated 29.12.2023, passed by the District Magistrate, Vaishali, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
