Having regard to the fact that the petitioner had a remedy under the Anganbari Sevika Guidelines by way of preferring an appeal against the order of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai and that she has not done so, this writ application must be held to be not maintainable. When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to file an appeal.
