JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the similar kind of allegation, suspension orders of other persons have been revoked. In support of his submission, learned counsel has placed reliance upon a judgment of this court, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20262 of 2014. A Bench of this Court vide its order, dated 06.07.2015, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20262 of 2014, revoked the order of suspension of one Brajesh Kumar Mishra. Let the Agricultural Production Commissioner, Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar, consider the representation of the petitioner for revocation of his suspension, as the same has been revoked by this court in C.W.J.C. No. 20262 of
Patna High Court CWJC No.15647 of 2014 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 2014, in the case of Brajesh Kumar Mishra, who is facing similar allegation.
The writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
