Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1879 of 2018(3) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Vikram Deo Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioners to approach the Court below at the appropriate stage of discharge.
