Patna High Court CWJC No.3962 of 2026(3) dt.24-03-2026 2/2 P/3) to the show cause notice dated 09.02.2026 (Annexure P/2) issued by the respondents-Bihar State Power Transmission Company Ltd., Patna, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authority to duly take into consideration the said explanation dated 16.02.2026 (Annexure P/3) submitted by the petitioner before passing any order. The authorities are also directed to comply with the principles of natural justice and equity and grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
