Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On recovery of the dead body of a female the First Information Report was registered against unknown. Subsequently the involvement of the petitioner being daughter of the victim transpired during investigation. The case was instituted in the year 1999 and in the year 2006 the petitioner was declared absconder.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that identity of the dead body has not been established and no process was ever executed against the petitioner who is a lady and only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34249 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sessions Trial No. 187A of 2000, arising out of Baheri P.S. Case No. 67 of 1999.

Accordingly the application is disposed of.
