Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.68 of 2014, registered under Sections 395, 328 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that except disclosure of the name of the petitioner in confessional statement of the co-accused Ram Swaroop Das, there is no other material against him, neither there is any recovery nor he was put on TIP, the petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2015 and police has submitted charge-sheet in this case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Bachan Paswan is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58033 of 2017 (3) dt.18-01-2018 2 /2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.68 of 2014.
