JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-05-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 18.02.2020 and is a person of clean antecedents seeks bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P. S. Case No. 58 of 2020 dated 17.02.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It appears that the petitioner was driving a vehicle from where 60 kilograms of Mahua flower was recovered.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16612 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Special Judge (Excise Act), Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P. S. Case No. 58 of 2020.
