Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 448, 427, 379, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the own sister of the petitioner no. 1 has filed one more case against these petitioners and other vide Annexure-2. Petitioner no. 1 has filed Titile Suit No. 409 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20807 of 2023(3) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 2015 against his sister i.e. the informant of this case, as contained in Annexure-3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
