JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard Mr. Najmul Hoda, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Hoda learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.38121 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2 / 2 the allegation is that the deceased brother of the informant was in relationship with the accused petitioner Sahista Khatoon and which has led to the alleged occurrence in which the deceased was called by one Imtiaz and thereafter he was killed. Learned counsel submits that these petitioners are ladies and there is no direct or indirect allegations against them and which is also reflected from the observation of the Court below while rejecting their prayer on grounds of alleged relationship of the deceased with petitioner Sahista Khatoon.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the circumstances existing, let the petitioners namely, Sahista Khatoon @ Sahista Begam, Israti Khatoon and Sukri Khatoon in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon each of them furnishing individual bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
