A supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.3 and 6 has been filed where not only the authorization for payment of GPF amounting to Rs.65,453/- has been annexed as Annexure- E but even proof of payment and crediting of the same in the account of the petitioner has been shown.

In view of the same, writ application is disposed of. If any legitimate claim remains, petitioner is free to point out it to the concerned authorities, who will verify the authenticity and if need be, take the remedial measure.
