This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is directed against the order dated 27.11.2014 passed in Sessions Trial No. 189 of 2007 whereby the application filed by the petitioners for recalling certain witnesses for further cross-examination has been dismissed.

Apparently, the petitioners have cross-examined the witnesses at length. There is no reason explained in the application

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30808 of 2015 dt.10-07-2015 2 / 2 as to why the defence wants further cross-examination of the witnesses who have already been cross-examined earlier by the defence.

In course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that now the witnesses have realized their mistake committed earlier while deposing before the court and now they want to explain the correct facts before the court.
