JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a judgment dated 11.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 8963 of 2018 [Chandra Shekhar Azad & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.], hence, similar benefits should be granted to the petitioner herein. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no.4 shall examine the case of the petitioner and in case it is found that the case of the petitioner is similarly situated to the case of the aforesaid petitioners, similar reliefs would be granted.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5607 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the respondent no.4 shall consider the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 11.5.2018 passed in the case of Chandra Shekhar Azad & Ors. Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. and pass a final order within a period of six weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
