2. In view of the office note, service of notice on Opposite Party No. 2 on refusal is treated as valid.

3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and continues to express his willingness to keep the Opposite Party No. 2 with due dignity and honour. It is further submitted that the parties were married as far

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37992 of 2014 (3) dt.13-04-2016 back as on 17.05.2007 and no such complaint case was ever filed against the petitioner in the past.

5. Notice issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 has been refused to be accepted.

6. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 03.04.2015 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014 is hereby confirmed.
