2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 773 of 2023, lodged on 20.11.2023, under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against two named accused persons including the petitioner. On the basis of disclosure of the petitioner recovery of countrymade Katta along with empty cartridge were made from the hut of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean. He is in custody since 21.11.2023. Counsel submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that no fire-arm has

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on the disclosure statement of petitioner fire-arm was recovered.

6. In this background, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. However, the petitioner may renew the prayer for bail two months after framing of the charge. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Mkr./- U T
