JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 443 of 2017 for the offenses under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he has cheated the informant and took Rs. 5000/-on the promise to provide him Rs. 1,50,000/- under Indra AwasYojana. The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2017.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2017, the Court is inclined to grant him bail. Let the
