Petitioner seeks bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No.145 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 414 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018 having clean antecedents. He is not named in the First Information Report. During investigation, on the basis of confessional statement of Anil Kumar and Farman, one motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, which is said to be stolen motorcycle of this case. The petitioner had no knowledge about the aforesaid motorcycle. Recovery has been made from the house and not from personal possession of the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sadar, West Champaran, in connection with Sugauli P.S.
