20-08-2018 Heard Sri Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Navin Kumar Pandey, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 07-06-2018 in Biharsharif (Bihar) P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(A), 66(D), 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of placing entire F.I.R., submits that it is a peculiar case, in which, none had made any complaint regarding cheating by the petitioner, however; police suo motu conducted raid in the house of the petitioner and recovered mobiles & laptops and thereafter, false case has been instituted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50455 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.

However, after going through the F.I.R., I am of the opinion that it is a fit case for grant of bail. Let the petitioner namely Dhirendra Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Biharsharif (Bihar) P.S.
