ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 5.1.2010 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. II, Patna, in Cr. Revision No. 768 of 2010. The case of the Complainant is that on the date of occurrence, the accused persons abused and slapped him, so, he filed the present Complaint.

It has been submitted that in fact, the present Complaint is a counter blast to Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 267 of 2007 which was instituted by the Petitioners against the Complainant as witness

No.8229 of 2011 dt.09-05-2016 2/2 No. 1 which is annexed as Annexure-3 Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the Proceeding including the order dated 5.1.2010 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. II, Patna, in Cr.
