Petitioner is accused in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a lady. She has no criminal antecedent. There is no specific allegation against her. She has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2018.
