JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH) 13-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner has filed the present application under Sections 439 and 440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the submissions made on his behalf, the period of over three months undergone by him in custody and the statement made in paragraph-3 of the application that the

Case No. 175 of 2019.
