2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bodhibigha P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) of the BNS, 2023.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he, along with other co-accused persons, committed the loot of cash of Rs. 10,000/-, an Aadhar Card, Identity Card, key of an Urban Cruiser vehicle, and a brown-colored wallet from the house of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that no stolen article has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is under

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sherghatti Gaya in connection with Bodhibigha P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
