2. The only grievance of the petitioner which remains was final fixation of pension as he was already getting the provisional pension. From the affidavit filed by the respondent no. 4, it transpires that the service book and filled up papers have already been forwarded to the Accountant General under Letter No. 1269 dated 29.11.2017 which has also been received in the office of the Accountant General on 30.11.2017 relating to final pension and gratuity.
3. Learned counsel for the Accountant General
Patna High Court CWJC No.3210 of 2016 (8) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 submitted that the authority has also been issued in favour of the petitioner.
4. In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
