2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 8 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 318(4) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the FIR itself shows that the petitioner's truck was being used to carry stone chips under the valid challan, issued by the Mining Department and when the petitioner's truck which was under the possession of his driver, was checked then the said challan was found to be valid at the time and there is a simple allegation of having used the petitioner's truck repeatedly to carry the stone chips under the same challan except this, there is no allegation. 4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 8 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
