JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 353, 153A and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

No.47726 of 2014 (4) dt.03-07-2015 2 / 2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some altercation took place between two communities on the eve of Holi with respect to which four cases were instituted. Learned counsel submits that the allegations are general and omnibus and 20 other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26676 of 2014 heard analogous with other cases. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. case no. 63 of 2014, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
