2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 441 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(B), ii©, 21(b), 22© and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 1.590 kg of Charas and 100 gram of Brown Sugar from a hut. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2024 and the hut, from where the recovery was made, does not belong to the petitioner.

4. Learned APP for the State has submitted that the petitioner has been caught with the contraband.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is dismissed.

6. The trial is directed to be expedited and be concluded at the earliest as the petitioner is from Nepal.
