The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have kidnapped victim

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34914 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 Sanokha Kumari but the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. to this Court that she out of free will went alongwith Mukesh Kahar and solemnized marriage in a temple. Her age is 19 years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 39/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
