The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 403 of 2017 registered under Sections 414, 420, 457, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have been apprehended with stolen SUMO vehicle which he has purchased in Rs. 15,000/-.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He has purchased the aforesaid vehicle from one Ranjan Yadav, not knowing the said vehicle to be stolen one, and no F.I.R. has been lodged regarding theft of the said vehicle. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.836 of 2018(3) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 28.07.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 403 of 2017.
