The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset very fairly submits that after institution of the present case, another F.I.R. was also instituted against the petitioner in which he has been taken into custody.

The learned A.P.P. thus opposes the present anticipatory bail application and submits that since petitioner has been arrested in a different case, as such, now he has no apprehension of arrest in the present case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

Permission is accorded.
