JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Amresh Kumar (petitioner no.3) has transmitted voluminous document along with CD. It does not stand to reason why does Amresh Kumar send there documetns. He submits that he has committed mistake under wrong advice and he has sent the documents and CD. He submits that he will not commit such misadventure in future.

Let the document received by me which has been addressed to me is being returned to petitioner no.3, Amresh Kumar and this will not be treated to be part of this application.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39736 of 2012 (18) dt.12-04-2017 Mr. Amresh Kumar is physically present and submits that he has already paid the same amount. If the payment has been made in terms of the settlement between him and Manju Kumari sole opposite party before the Family Court, the Family Court would pass order in terms of the compromise incorporated in the compromise petition.

As purpose of this case has already lost and accordingly there is no purpose to keep the matter pending. Accordingly this application is disposed of.

However, it is made clear that as both parties have already entered into compromise, criminal court will take cognizance of the matter and will pass necessary orders. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
