JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 03-02-2022 The matter has been heard via video conferencing. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievance mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodhgaya, Gaya.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 3 within a period of three weeks from today and the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of three weeks thereafter. In case, any admitted dues are found to be payable to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9080 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2022 2/2 petitioner, the same shall be released forthwith, failing which, an interest @ 8% per month can be payable to the petitioner from the expiry of the said date.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
