1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.10.2019, passed in CWJC No.21121 of 2019, the Inspector General (Prison), Home Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, has passed a reasoned and a speaking order dated 30.12.2020, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 23.10.2019 has stood complied with.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid
