The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 387 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was earlier granted bail by this Court vide order dated 4.12.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48599 of 2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had gone out side Bihar for the purposes of earning his livelihood. He could not attend the proceeding led to cancellation of bail. Petitioner has been arrested on 25.9.2017. He has further submitted that petitioner would not repeat the same mistake but participate in the proceeding. No.55678 of 2017 (2) dt.06-12-2017 case, let petitioner, Manoj Sahani alias Imran Khan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cumSub Judge 4th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Trial No.559 of 2017, arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 62 of 2012 with the same conditions as has been mentioned in Cr. Misc. No.48599 of 2013.
