2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Mabby P. S. Case No. 75 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Informant, who is the Head Manager of Hotel Garcia International, alleges that this petitioner, being Store Incharge, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, embezzled money from the hotel by producing fake vouchers.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as he only used to work as store incharge and is not liable for any financial activities of

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
