This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Saur Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) PS Case No. 593 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that petitioner had fired upon the informant's brother. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that alleged occurrence took place on 24.10.2018 but the FIR was lodged on 25.10.2018. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner had surrendered on 31.10.2018 and since then he has remained in custody.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) PS Case No. 593 of 2018.
