2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(3), 142, 112, 115(1), 351(1), 304, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 30(a) and 37 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner in collusion with other F.I.R. named accused persons abducted informant and assaulted him due to monetary dispute. During investigation, it has come that informant was forcibly taken by the accused persons in a vehicle and was made captive in a room. The accused persons were transporting the victim to forest area with intention to dump him. During vehicle checking, one liquor bottle was also recovered. Petitioner has
