2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 191(1), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118, 103, 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the own brother of the deceased. He along with others are said to have assaulted the deceased with knife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025. It is further submitted that the deceased has sustained injuries by a hard and blunt substance.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, and in view of the fact that the injuries sustained by the deceased were caused by a hard and blunt substance, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2025.
