The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017, a case under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2017. The investigation is complete now. The petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57601 of 2017 (3) dt.05-01-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
