Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanti P. S. case no. 363/2012 registered under sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner and others took the deceased and thereafter, dead body of the deceased was recovered. It is also alleged that prior to alleged occurrence, one Kanti P. S. case no. 142/2012 had been registered against accused of this case and petitioner as well as other accused pressurized the deceased to enter into compromise and furthermore, informant claimed that prior to alleged occurrence informatory petition against accused persons of this case has also been filed.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner
