2. The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:

"That the present writ application is directed on behalf of petitioner for issuance of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs order or orders direction or orders directing the respondents to grant retirement benefits as well as salary of 31 months, which are not paid to the petitioner due to paucity of fund".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to order dated 30.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11779 of 2016 in the case of Nag Narayan Singh vs. The Managing Director Multi State Co-operative Land Development

Patna High Court CWJC No.16805 of 2016 dt.12-01-2018 2/2 Bank & Anr. It was submitted that the writ petition be disposed off in similar terms.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the aforesaid order dated 30.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11779 of 2016.
