JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 8.10.2017, seeks bail in Maheshkhut PS Case No. 80 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was enticed away by the accused persons.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is against Pallav, along with whom the informant's daughter eloped away and this petitioner is said to be his friend, moreover the girl is major and it is a case of elopement and not enticing away the girl. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Prince Raj is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhut PS Case No. 80 of 2017.
